Parting thoughts about Dubai
- Our week in Dubai is coming to a close. It's been a fantastic time in an over-the-top city, that seems permanently set on fast-forward. We have hung out with some great photographers who gave us an inside scoop on the city. Watched and photographed some fantastic cultural experiences. The Pakistani Kushti wrestling was awesome. We ate some of the great food imported into Dubai by its ex-pat community. We photographed some of the city's incredible architecture, which really has to be seen to be believed. If you're thinking of coming to this city, here's some things you should know. First, remember it's a Muslim country. Please be respectful of local customs, traditions, and laws. Be a good traveler. Second, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. You should be drinking water all the time. Do not wait for your body to tell you you should have been drinking more. Remember, you're in a desert. Also, try to come during photo week if you can. Dubai photo week will give you lots more access to the city…
