Right now I'm going to be talking to the more inexperienced world travelers. By that I mean people who are very likely to spend their time in a McDonald's when they're in a really interesting country. Yeah, that's safe, but being as safe as possible is kind of not the idea of travel. In my book, travel is about adventure. What I'm going to suggest to you is you be a little more adventurous and try street food, especially in Hong Kong. Can you get sick? Yeah, you can get sick. But generally the worst thing that's going to happen to you is you're going to lose a day or two while the antibiotics kick in. You should be bringing some travel antibiotics like Cipro or something that can knock out an illness if you need to do it very quickly. We have eaten our way through Hong Kong street food this week. I have to tell you, Hong Kong street food is varied and it's wonderful. There's some weird stuff here. There's a lot of meats available on the street. By meat I mean it technically came off…
