- Okay. Now in this movie that we have right here,…we're gonna be talking about sketching…in Corel Painter 8, with the pencils,…and then using the pastels to add color to our sketch…and using the Blenders Tools to blend…and even bring out some texture in some areas, as well.…You'll notice that the document, the final document,…is also set up using layers that we have open…here in the Layers Palette.…I also wanted to point out that we have…dragged off and closed some of the other palette sections.…
So you'll see that the mixture, for instance,…in color variability and so on, that were grouped…with the colors in the default palette layout,…have been taken off or closed right now.…And we've also closed the Channels Palette.…And we've grouped the Layers Palette with the colors…to make it much more easy…and give us more screen real estate…for our painting and illustration process.…Now, the process here was…to start with a photograph…and use the photograph through a cloning…and tracing paper process to produce this sketch,…
