Overview of the Stamp brush
- [Instructor] Painter 2019's new stamps category essentially utilizes the dab associated with many of it's brushes as a way to repeat a captured graphic element. As such, you've always been able to do this in Painter so the stamps category just make this more obvious. In this movie, we'll capture our distressed monarch graphic using a stamp brush so it can be applied to our poster. Let's stamp. So I'm going to move over to this blank file. We're eventually going to use this, this is the poster format image. But I want to use it just to show you a little bit about the stamp brushes. So if we go into the stamp category here which is Stamps. And then right here, they've supplied a bunch of just demo ones basically to show you how this works. And I'll just show you a few of them, like here's one. If you are familiar with Photoshop, you know exactly what this is. It's just a brush that is stamping the same thing over and over again.
