Fitting art into a composition
- [Instructor] No matter how much you plan ahead, there are times when a piece of artwork just won't fit into a larger composition without modification. This is where Painter's free transform tool comes in. And fortunately, it works on a group, enabling us to maintain the separate layers it is comprised of. Time to transform. So I'm going to take these now, and I want to put these all into an individual group. So I'm just going to go in here and select all of them. And I'm just holding down the shift key and then clicking on the bottom. And then if I do command or control+G, I can group them. So I've now got this group. Now what we want to do is copy this, so I'm going to do command or control+C, and I'm going to move to a second image. This is the format for the poster, and these are all going to be at 1152x1854. And let's go ahead and we're going to paste it into this empty document. And invariably, what happens, I want this to fit in here, but I also have to keep in mind I want to…
