- [Instructor] With PHP installed and running under WampServer, we're now ready to install Composer on Windows. To do so, go to https://getcomposer.org, and click the Download button. On the next page, download this file, Composer-Setup.exe by simply clicking on it. And once that file has been downloaded to your computer, simply click it to install it. Here, you have to go through the standard user account control to tell the computer, yes, I want to install this software. And, after that, you get into the Composer Setup. This is a standard installer, you just walk through the steps. The first step is whether or not you want to activate Developer mode. In almost every case, you don't. So, I'm just going to click Next. Then, you need to tell Composer which PHP version you want it to use. Now, here Composer has figured out that I already have PHP installed on my computer, under WampServer.
