Install WampServer
- [Instructor] If you want a bundle of all the software you need to do Apache, MySQL, and PHP development, there are a number of different options available, but one of the most popular is called WampServer. It's available for download from this website at wampserver.com. Notice I'm using a version of the URL that includes en at the end for English. If you drop that off, you'll see the same web page in French. Click the download link at the top and then scroll down toward the bottom of the page and you'll see that there are two installations available, one for 64-bit Windows and one for 32-bit. As of the date of this recording, the list of component versions that was listed here was a little bit out of date. It indicates that the most recent version of PHP that's included is 7.3.6, but as I'll show you in a moment, this installation actually includes PHP 7.4, the most recent release.
