- [Instructor] In this chapter, we're going to check out the maximizer module, as well as the imager module. So the maximizer module is a really great limiter which will usually add to the end of your signal chain. This is because it'll control the final output level of your exported audio track. Much like the vintage limiter module we just explored in the last movie, the maximizer module is more of a digital limiter and it's a really great sounding limiter with a lot of controls, so let's stick with our track that we've been working on, but I'm going to bypass the vintage limiter for now and let's add our maximizer. So, we're going to keep it right on the end there, and you'll notice that the maximizer has a lot more controls than our vintage limiter. We can go back to view the gain reduction trace so we can see how it's effecting our audio. And I'm just going to pick a section, just as we did before, to play back.
