- [Voiceover] In this chapter, I'll show you some techniques that I use when working with different types of content. Now every single file, song, track is going to be different and so there's no one preset that's going to work for everything but I've created a few that are general guidelines that I might start with when I'm approaching mastering certain materials. So the first one we're going to start with is a podcast, it's an actual podcast from my friend Aaron Watson in Pittsburgh, he has a podcast called Going Deep with Aaron Watson, and this is a podcast with Oliver Luckett, who was behind the marketing of The Chainsmokers, who have several billboard chart topping number one records, and he's discussing some of the marketing but you're also going to hear some interesting things in the audio here, so I'm just going to play this back from a little snippet here. - [Oliver Luckett] That's the concept of influencers, and so if you look at the success of the Selfie song, Adam Alpert…
