Using matching EQ

- [Narrator] In addition to using our EQ module in Ozone for Mid-Side processing, there are some other really cool techniques we can apply with this module. One of these is using EQ matching. Matching, essentially, borrows the frequency curve from one track in your project and applies it to another. This can be great for borrowing the frequency curve of one of your favorite existing masters and applying it to your own project. It's also a great way to add consistency among various tracks within an album, to have, kind of, an EQ curve that's similar among several tracks in your project. So, to work with matching, what I'm going to do is first, we have a track beat here and I'm going to play this back, just a little bit, so you can hear it. (electronic music) So, now I'm going to go ahead and go down to where it says capture, and I'm going to play this back and hit capture as this audio is playing back.
