Channel Swap and Mono mode

- [Instructor] So in the last movie we explored some basic audio edits, and there's a few more things that we're going to want to do, and just double check before we export our final masters. These are checking our mixes in mono mode, and then also potentially swapping the left and right channels just to hear how that would sound. In some cases, that might sound better, and you want to leave it that way. These are more used as tools to check your mixes before you export. So, I'm going to go to our imager module as we do this, just so we can get a visual representation of some of the things that are going on, and let's go right into the middle of this track here. ("Letters from the Skipper" by Gallion) So, there's our nice frequency spread, and the high frequencies, and the high bed. Remember I reduced it a little bit. Bring it in just a little bit. Now, let's bring this mono. You can see everything jumps right to the middle, but you can hear everything is bare. It's just definitely…
