- [Speaker] Let's pretend for a minute…that we're on an Exchange Server.…And some of you may be, so this will work fine for you.…You've created a folder on your Personal Folders list.…We called ours Project X.…We decide we want to share access to it with a few people.…And now we want to tell them they have access.…If we don't tell them, they may never know.…To make it easy for them, what we could do…is send them a message with a shortcut…to the actual folder.…So we'll pretend that we've already…given access to Project X.…Now we're going to create a new message.…
So we'll go up to New.…We'll choose who we're sending it to.…And I've given Winston Berry access to my folder.…Let's say it's to him.…Click OK.…The subject…You have access to this folder.…Down here is where we're going to put…the shortcut to that folder.…Now the easiest way to get the shortcut…into my message is to drag it.…
But right now I can't see it.…That's because my mail message window is maximized,…it's filling the entire screen.…I'm going to go up here to the top right corner,…
