Working with contacts

- Now that we have contacts created, let's work with them. The most common thing you'll want to do with a contact is create a new e-mail message or meeting with them. To create a new e-mail message, you can select them in the view and on the right-hand side, click the mail icon. It's going to open up a new mail message addressed to that person. You could also open up a new mail message and start typing their name in. From the home ribbon tab, you can click Meeting to send a new meeting request to that contact and I'll show you how to do that in a later video. You can also categorize a contact just like you could with all your mail. In fact, the categories are the same. So, you don't have to come up with a new system and when you come up with a system, try to think of one that will work with both contacts and mail at the same time. You can flag contacts for follow up in just the same way you could with e-mail. You can flag it for a particular date range and you can also add a reminder…
