Using the Office button and the Quick Access toolbar

Another new user interface option in Outlook 2007 is the Office button. the Office button contains commands that you might have in the past expected to find under the File menu, if you're familiar with previous versions of Office or Outlook. For example Save, or Print options. To the right of the Office button is the Quick Access toolbar. The Quick Access toolbar gives you access to commands you might need use frequently throughout the application. And if you want, you can right-click on the Quick Access toolbar and choose Customize to add or remove commands from the toolbar.
