Join Gini von Courter for an in-depth discussion in this video Using Conversation view, part of Outlook 2013 Power Shortcuts.
…Conversation View is a feature that's subtle, but will change the way you work.…I've been out of the office and I'm returning.…And I have emails about training.…It's a conversation.…Coleen's writing, Mark's writing back.…I'd like to be able to see all of this together without needing to…do archeology in my inbox.…And the way I do that is I click on View.…And I enable Show as Conversations.…I have a choice to do this in all mailboxes or in simply this folder.…Let's just turn it on in this folder for right now.…
And what happens as a result of my choice is that…Outlook rolls up all of the items that go together.…So here's that Excel training conversation, and two benefits of this.…One is that I see all of the emails that have to do with Excel training together.…I don't have to skip around in my inbox.…There are only two of them, it's great and it works for me.…I can see all of the information about Accounting on the Internet,…simply by clicking the arrow and expanding it.…But there's one more subtle thing about this that I really appreciate.…
