- [Voiceover] Here is my approach to the challenge…for Chapter 4.…Let's see if I can complete all the tasks…within a 10-minute time frame.…Task one reads: Create a secondary calendar…named Personal Schedule and overlay it with your calendar.…I'm in Outlook and I've selected the Calendar module.…Next I'll right-click my calendar, choose New Calendar…and then enter Personal Schedule in the Name box.…I'll verify that Calendar Items are selected…in the box below and that Calendar is selected underneath.…
From here I'll click OK.…This completes task one.…Task two includes creating a group calendar called My Team.…I'll add Chong and Cecilia to the group.…From Outlook I'll click Calendar Groups…and then choose Create New Calendar Group.…I'll type the name My Team, click OK,…and then add Chong and Cecilia…by double-clicking their names.…Then I'll click OK.…This completes task two.…Task three reads: Create a recurring monthly appointment…called Project review.…
Set the start date for the first Monday of next month,…and set it to recur the first Monday of each month…
The course first explores the MOS certification program and highlights its cost, format, and objectives.
