…We're still in Mark Losee's Outlook, and…he has some contacts that he'd like to share with other people who work with him.…Now, one way to do this would be to create a separate folder of contacts.…For example, if Mark wanted to have some vendors,…he could choose Folders, and go to Contacts, right click, New Folder.…And say, these are Vendor Contacts.…By creating it from selecting a folder that already has contact items in it,…it says it automatically is contact items.…But if we created it somewhere else, we could choose contact items if we wished.…Say okay and those are our vendor contacts.…Now, let's say our vendor contacts are these three folks.…
And we're going to simply move them here.…Notice all the connections back to LinkedIn still work.…And Mark would like to share these now,…so that there's one set of vendor contacts that are being used.…To do that, he can right click, choose Share and choose Share Contacts.…This will automatically create an email with the link.…This is a read only link.…So right now, if Mark invites me, I can view and use the contacts.…
