…Whenever I create a new email message, there's…automatically a signature attached, and that's because I created a signature.…I can create multiple signatures, I can have them…automatically applied to email messages, or I can choose a signature if I wish.…In order to work with your signatures, click the Insert tab on the ribbon.…Choose Signature, and this shows that I have one signature called New MSG.…I'm going to click Signatures to be able to create other email signatures.…
This is my first signature.…And if I wish, I can start editing it right here.…I have formatting tools available, including color.…This is really a basic signature for a new email message.…I probably want to include other information like my phone, my fax number.…And I would enter this information.…And perhaps, I would have some kind of a legal statement that I'm required to…have at my workplace.…Or some other text that I want to add here.…
