- Let's take a look at setting message options. For the MOS exam, you'll want to know how to set the importance and sensitivity of outgoing messages, redirect replies, flag outgoing messages for follow-up, add tracking and voting options, and recall a message. We'll start out with the first objective, which is setting the importance and sensitivity of outgoing messages. My task is to start with the lunch meeting draft. I'll click the draft's folder at the left and double-click the lunch meeting. I can see that this has already been addressed to Cecilia and Phyllis, and some of the message detail has been filled out for me. My first task is to mark this with high importance. I see this option within the Tags area of the ribbon. I'll click the High Importance button. That button is now gray, which means that this setting has been applied.
