Respond to a meeting invitation

- [Instructor] When someone sends you an invitation to a meeting, you have to decide if you want to accept it or reject it. I'm in my calendar and I can see that this appointment looks lighter than the others. I can tell that this is a meeting that I haven't responded to yet. This is marked as tentative in my calendar and if I hover my mouse over it, I can see that this meeting has not been accepted. I'm going to double click on it. It's an appointment in a series, so I'll open up the entire series. Here I can see that somebody has set up a weekly check in at a certain location. I can see that I'm available at this time and I'm willing to go this appointment. So, from the ribbon, I'll click Accept and then I'll choose Send the Response Now. If I wanted to include a comment, I could choose to edit the response before sending or if I didn't want to let the sender know whether or not I'm coming, I can choose Do Not Send a Response.
