- [Instructor] There are four MOS objectives around printing and saving information. You'll need to know how to print message, calendar, contact and task information, save message attachments, preview attachments and save messages in alternate formats. For this example, I'm using Cecelia's inbox. Our first objective is to print messages. I have the handbook message selected and notice that it has an attachment. I'd also like to note that you can select a single message or multiple messages for printing. In this case, we'll just select a single message. I'll click file and then print. Notice that the memo style is selected. This is what lets me actually see the text of the message. Now I'd like to print the attachment with the message so I'll click on print options to find those settings. Notice the printer I'm using is at the top. The print style is in the middle.
