- [Jess] You can't do business if your customers can't find you, and you also probably want to make it easy for other people to refer you to potential new clients. You can do that with a good signature file. The few lines of text you append to the bottom of every email you send out should contain your contact data. My name is Jess Stratton, and in my LinkedIn Learning video, I'll be using the Outlook Desktop client to show you how to set one up. I'll take you through the most basic text signature, and then we'll jazz it up a bit to contain logos, photos, and even social media icons. Finally, I'll show you a great alternative use writing the same things over and over again. You're busy, so I'm going to keep this one short.
