- Hi, my name is Megan Hoffman, and my goal is to help you pass the Microsoft Office Specialist Exam for Outlook 2010. I'm a certified MOS Master Instructor who's trained thousands of professionals in MS Office productivity. I also have over 40 MOS Certifications myself, so I know what it feels like to take the tests. In this course, I'll start by walking you through all of the MOS Exam Objectives, and the structure of the exam. Next, I'll show you how to manage the Outlook environment.
Then we'll cover creating and formatting item content. From here, you'll learn how to manage email messages, and you'll also learn how to manage Contacts. I'll walk you through managing Calendar objects. Then we'll work with Tasks, Notes, and Journal Entries. I'll include practice activities in each chapter, and a final, full length sample exam at the end of the course. This will help you ensure you can complete the tasks in the time frame specified for the MOS Exam. Let's get started.
