…Many of us have a mix of different types of information in our Contacts folder,…mostly, work contacts, but an occasional personal contact that fits best here.…There's another reason that I might really want to make sure all of my contacts…are in one folder rather than having separate folders for personal contacts and…work contacts, and that is that it makes synchronization with a Droid or…a smart phone or a Windows phone much, much easier and…helps avoid duplication, which can happen when I sync multiple folders.…So, for ease of synchronization and just for ease of…being able to find my contacts, I like keeping mine all together in one place.…
What that means though, is that if I then want to share this contacts folder,…I really don't want folks to see my brother's information here.…So I'm going to mark it as private.…By marking it as private, his details then are kept only for me.…Other folks won't be able to see them.…So if I share this folder with Mark or with people on my crew, they're not…going to see all of my brother's home information and his business information.…
