…Here's another cool feature that I pick up from Microsoft Office.…I have the same functionality in Word, in Excel, in Powerpoint.…That's the ability to take a screenshot.…I'm going to create a new email message.…And, in the body of this email, I'd like to show somebody a particular course on…the Lynda.com training site, or anything else that I can show on my screen.…What I want to do is insert a screen shot.…But be in preparation for…that, what I need to do is go to the application that I want first.…
So, I would like to pick up this screenshot here in Chrome.…Now, I need to switch Next and…Immediately to my Outlook email message, so, I'm going to use Alt+Tab to do that.…Now, I will choose Screenshot, and I can either insert an entire window by choosing…one of the windows that's here, or I can say I'd like to take a screen clipping.…Now, if I drop in an entire window, that's what I get: the entire window,…top to bottom.…It looks exactly like the window behind it.…
