…Natural language dates are probably my favorite time saver in Outlook.…They've been with us for every version since Outlook 98,…but most people don't know they're there or don't remember.…If I want to be able to enter a date, I can type.…A date, or I can click the date picker and…any date field, but I can also type a natural date.…For example, I can say tomorrow and Outlook knows that tomorrow is the 30th or…I could say next friday, and…I don't have to look at the calendar because Outlook knows.…
I can say this friday.…Or this Sat for Saturday, Fri for Friday.…All the abbreviations, they work just fine.…How about today, or two weeks from today, just two weeks is two weeks from today.…Notice that it's advanced to June 12th.…Now watch, if I say two weeks again.…Now, it's June 26th, it moved it two more weeks after the current date,…four weeks and I'm at the end of July.…What else can I say?…I can say yesterday.…
Third monday M-O-N or M-O-N-D-A-Y, either one.…In August.…And then I can use any date that…doesn't move that's based on the Gregorian calendar, rather than the Lunar calendar.…
