…When you create an appointment,…it's worth your time to enter all of the information that you're going to need…because it's also the information that other people need about your schedule.…For example, if you're scheduling some time to work on the budget,…I'm actually going to enter that I'm working on the budget.…Location my office, cool.…I'm actually saving time to do this and…I'm going to work on the budget on the 16th all afternoon.…So I'm going to enter, however,…I wish that I'm going to be doing that from 1:00 to 4:30.…I'm busy because I'm in my office.…Out of office means I'm not in my office.…And my office isn't my whole company.…It's actually my office.…If I'm going to be out of office, for example, if I'm on vacation or working…from home, but don't want to be called, then I would say I was out of office.…If I'm working somewhere else in the organization,…then I can choose Working Elsewhere.…Tentative means I've scheduled this time, but…it could be moved if it needs to be moved.…And sometimes there's a reason to say, I blocked this time to do this, but…
