…It's easy to forget that, Outlook 2013 has a quick access toolbar,…just like Office 2010 did, in all the applications.…But it's right here, and it's a great thing to customize,…to be able to add some functionality, that you'd like to see across Outlook.…For example, I like to be able to just click a Print button.…And there it is.…So now when I want to print something, I can select it,…click Print, and immediately be taken backstage so that I can print.…
I can add other items as well, if I would like to make sure that I…have access to a particular folder, every place in Outlook.…Then I can add it to the quick axis toolbar.…Simply point, right click, Add to Quick Access toolbar.…And there it is.…Now, if I go to the calendar, that particular button is not enabled,…because it's not available in my current setting.…Even if I select an item, it's not available.…But when I go back to my inbox.…It's there and it's available.…If I decide that I don't want to have this on my Quick Access Toolbar anymore,…I can right click and remove this item or any other item.…
