- [Instructor] There are some ways you can customize…Outlook to make it work for you.…The first thing you might want to do…is choose your more frequently used folders…to appear in the Favorites area on the top…left-hand side of the screen.…You may already have some favorite folders in here,…but you can put more in.…For example, I have two separate inboxes…for each of my two email accounts.…Let's mark both of these as favorites…so I can go back and forth between them both quickly.…All I need to do is take the folder,…and drag it up, and release it in the Favorites area.…
I can do the same with my other Inbox.…In fact it's going to correctly identify each inbox.…I can do this with any folder, not just the Inbox.…It's also possible to rearrange the order…of these folders if you were used to…seeing them in a certain order in Gmail.…If your folder names are too large to read,…or you want to see more of the email subject line,…you can hover your mouse over the vertical line…separating each pane, and drag it…to see more or less of each area.…
