Create a meeting

- [Instructor] Let's create a meeting, which is really just an appointment that contains more people from my organization. There's few more things we can do in meetings, also, that we can't do in appointments. To create a meeting, from the home ribbon tab in the calendar, you can either click new meeting, or double click in the time slot that you want your meeting to occur in. Right now, it's an appointment, but to turn it into a meeting, click invite attendees on the ribbon. The first thing I need to do is invite people to my meeting. It looks a little bit like an email message and a calendar appointment all mixed up into one thing. To start, you can put the name of your contact in here, or click to. It's going to default to opening up the company's address book. I'll select Jenny's name, because that's who I want to have the meeting with. I can certainly invite more than one person, if I want to, for my meeting, but now we need to decide whether Jenny is required to come to this…
