Create and manage subfolders: Outlook on the web Essential Training

Inbox subfolders are one way to organize messages in Outlook on the web. Select the folder for which you want to create a subfolder, right-click, then choose Create subfolder from the menu. Subfolders can be emptied, deleted, renamed, and added to favorites for greater transparency. Subfolders can be shared using permissions.
