- [Instructor] Let's create a contact in Microsoft Outlook.…You can create a contact directly from an email.…With the email selected, at the top of the email,…right-click the email address,…and choose Add to Outlook Contacts.…It's going to pop open a lightweight dialog box…in which I can populate anything additional…about the user.…I'm going to change the name…to something a little bit more user-friendly,…and when you're ready, click the Save button.…
I'll click OK in the Check Full Name dialog…and then click Save again.…The contact has been created,…and I can close out of it by clicking the X…in the top right-hand side.…You can get into your contacts by clicking…the People icon on the bottom left-hand side of the screen,…but before I click, you'll notice that…if I hover my mouse over it,…it pops open with some favorite contacts.…
When a contact is favorited,…I can hover my mouse over their name,…and instantly chat, call, make a video call,…or send an email to the user.…I'm going to click on the People icon now…to get into my contacts.…
