- [Female Instructor] There are three MOS Objectives for Configuring Mail Settings. You'll need to know how to specify default fonts for new messages and responses, customize reply message settings, and create, assign, and modify signatures. To get started let's look at the first objectives. Specifying default fonts for new messages and responses. Because these are settings, we'll click on file, and then choose options, and then I'll click on the mail tab for the mail settings. A common task might be to change the font for all new messages to Calibri. I'll click on the stationary and fonts button, click on the new mail messages font button, and then scroll to find Calibri. These are alphabetical, so that does make it a little easier to find what you need. I'll click Calibri and then click OK.
