…We're having a lunch meeting next week and…one of my jobs is to ask people where they'd like to eat.…We have three favorite places to chose from and rather then send an email I…need to watch, I'm just going to hold a vote, and the more people you need to…have vote on something like this the better this method is.…If it's just one or two people I could probably jump on link and ask them.…Or I could send an email and just ask.…But I like this method.…So let's take a look at it.…I'm going to click Options.…Use the voting buttons.…And I can immediately choose two buttons,…Approve Reject, or Yes No, or Yes No Maybe, fairly easily.…
So, notice that if I'm sending a proposal that's attached to a document and…say please let me know if you approve or…reject this proposal I can build the buttons in.…But I have different choices here than approve or reject a restaurant.…One of our first choices usually is we like eating at Red Mesa.…We also like Johnny's, and McDills.…So those are our three choices, and…I've typed them in with semi colons in between, and I'm going to click Close.…
