…Categories give you a visual way to view your email, so you can assign categories.…One or more, to any message you wish.…For example, everything that comes in that has to do with the work I'm doing for…Mark, I can assign to the Finance Department.…Notice that by selecting a group, all of these turn green.…If I open an individual message,…it will actually have a green banner across the top.…That might be very helpful for me as I'm working with email.…And it could be that some of these actually also have to do with planning.…This one certainly does, it's about audits.…So I can assign a second category, in this case, planning.…Notice that when I do this for this individual message,…the first category is on the right and the newer one is on the left.…If I want to remove a category, I can either clear them all.…
Or if I had multiple categories selected, I can remove…one of them by deselecting it here on a right click.…I created the Finance Department, Planning, and…Training Project categories, the others already existed.…
