Not all URLs are beautiful, or even human readable. When you're including a URL in an Outlook email message, don’t simply paste it into the message body. Take a few extra seconds to open the Insert Hyperlink dialog box (Ctrl+K), paste the URL into the Address text box, and add an appropriate label for Text.
