Learn how to use Outlook Customer Manager to organize information about your customers and accounts right in Microsoft Outlook.
- [Jess] My name is Jess Stratton, and I'm excited to show you one of Office 365's latest offering, Outlook Customer Manager. I'll give you an overview of what you can do with the Customer Manager. And I'll show you how you can access it and check if you're eligible to get it. After that, I'll give you a tour of the interface and sidebar. I'll show you how to set up your customers, companies, and create your first deal. Finally, we'll create tasks and log phone calls to our customers.
We have a lot to cover, so let's get started.
Jess begins by showing what you can and can't do in Outlook Customer Manager, and shows how to obtain the tool with your Office 365 subscription. She then walks through how to view customer data by navigating the interface and utilizing the sidebar in Microsoft Outlook. Next, Jess shows how to work with customer data in-depth, including how to set up new potential deals, set reminders for yourself and your colleagues, and share sales data with your team.
