- [Instructor] Here we are in the Wellness section, and we're taking a look at the Wellness Habit Tracker page. With the Wellness Collection in our journal, you can track good habits and maybe even break bad ones. This may include things like tracking your state of mind, nutrition, health, medications, fitness, sleep, relaxation for yourself, or the wellness and care for someone else. As you can see here on the page, we have a Gratitude Journal in the upper left corner and a Habit Tracker in the lower right corner. Included with this, we have some images to add visual appeal to this. And this is how you can set up a wellness layout page.
