The Outlook 2016 Tasks app includes two different but overlapping lists: Tasks and To Do. Tasks displays items created as tasks using the task form. The To-Do List display tasks, and any items that were flagged for follow up in the Inbox or People. Task Lists displayed in the To Do Bar or Calendar are views of the To Do List, so include flagged items as well as Tasks.
