Join Gini von Courter for an in-depth discussion in this video Viewing tasks and flagged items, part of Outlook Web App (OWA) 2013 Essential Training.
…There are two different sets of things here in my tasks area.…One are tasks, and I have one of them. You just watched me create it.…And the second then is a combination of every task I've…created, and every item that I've flagged over in my inbox.…So this is more of a to do list, and that's what it used to be called in OWA.…Now it's called Flagged Items and Tasks.…But it's those two things together, so that anytime…I flag something in my inbox it shows up here.…There are four ways that I can filter either one of these lists.…I can say, show me the active items and that's the default.…So active means they haven't been completed.…Show me all the items, and that will include an item that I already finished.…I can tell…it's finished because it's struck out and that strike out says that's done.…It's also a little grayer, that might be a little hard to see on your screen.…And it has a check mark on it so this is done.…I can say, show me tasks that I better get on because they were already due.…And I have one of those. Okay.…
