Join Gini von Courter for an in-depth discussion in this video Viewing multiple calendars, part of Outlook Web App (OWA) 2013 Essential Training.
…When I'm looking at multiple calendars, I…have the same four views, but they're tweaked…just a little but to support the fact that I'm looking at more than one calender.…So for example, when I'm in the month view I have the ability to look at this legend…up at the top and be reminded that green…is Gerald and that blue is my own calender.…Or, in this case, Mark's, right? And if I want to close…Mark's calendar, I can click here if I wish,…as well as clicking here in the check box.…
This is pretty standard.…If I had permissions to add items to…Gerald's calendar, for example if I was Gerald's delegate,…I could turn my own calendar off, and I…could actually create new items here on the calendar.…But when I right click on Gerald's calendar, I'm assiduously right…clicking, it doesn't allow me to do anything and when I double…click it doesn't let me do anything.…But if I turn my own calendar back on and I double click…or right click, I can once again, create new items on the calendar.…So I can look at Gerald's calendar in great detail.…
