Use the default calendar view: Time Management with Outlook 2016 Calendar and Tasks

The default Calendar view displays both your Calendar and your Task List so you can view and manage all your work in one location. Use the commands in the Arrange group to move between Day, Week, Work Week, Month, and Schedule views. If the Task list is not visible, click the up arrow or drag the gray bar at the bottom of the calendar to open the list. Use the date navigator to show selected weeks (for example, 2 or 3 weeks) or days. Hold Ctrl to select and display non-contiguous days.
