Skill Level Beginner
- [Voiceover] Hi, I'm Nick Brazzi. Welcome to Up and Running with Office Mobile for Windows 10. This course will get you started with the three main Microsoft Office Mobile apps. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. These apps are surprisingly similar to the desktop versions, both in functionality and design. This course will give you the introduction you need to start working with the Mobile versions of these applications. We'll start by talking about what you can do in these apps for free, and what you would need pay for. You will probably need to setup a Microsoft account to get what you need from these apps.
But there is a free account and a paid account. So I'll clarify the differences between the two. I'll talk about your options for file storage locations, both locally on your device and on Cloud storage services. We'll spend a few minutes getting familiar with the core interface functionality in all three apps; including creating and saving files and using the Ribbon. Then, we'll get into Word, Excel, and PowerPoint individually, to look at some of the most essential features for each app. If you're a Microsoft Office user and you need to create and edit documents on-the-go, then these apps might be what you're looking for.
So please join me as we get Up and Running with Office Mobile for Windows 10.
