…There are three different types of tags, think of them like status…indicators that you can apply to messages to help you organize them.…The first tag is whether an item has…been read or unread, and you've seen that already…that you can tell here, with the bar on the left, that this item has been unread.…But the item below it here is read.…And you can change that status if you wish.…The second indicator is a…categorization by color. This category here is called the pink category and if…I point to the swath you can see it here.…I can assign multiple categories to a message, and…I can make up my own names for the categories.…So this is how we might, for example,…say, I'd like to be able to have a category for project 22.…I'd like to be able to have a category for budgets.…I'd like to be able to have a category for work that I've to to do out of the office.…Lots of different choices.…So, I simply named this one paint category,…
