In this movie, the author will review the approach to solving the challenge of creating a presentation using a template, adding a logo using the slide master, creating a custom show for the management team, and adding keywords to the presentation properties.
- [Voiceover] Here's my approach to the challenge…for creating and managing a presentation.…So the first task is to insert the logo name Logo.png…and apply it to all slides based on the Slide Master…and position it in the top right of the slide.…So I'm in the presentation.…It wants me to work with the Slide Master…so I'm going to click on View…and choose Slide Master.…Remember I have to scroll to the top…to make sure I am on the Master slide.…Then I'll click Insert, Pictures…and make sure I choose Logo.png.…
The positioning for this is in the upper right hand corner…so I'll go ahead and place the logo there.…That completes task one.…Task two is to create a custom show named Management…that includes slides one through six and 10 through 12.…I'll go back to Normal view.…I'll choose the Slide Show tab.…I'll choose Custom Slide Show,…Custom Shows.…Click New.…I can name the show Management at the top.…
And my instruction was to include slides one through six…so I'll check those boxes…and also include 10 through 12.…From here I'll click Add to add these to the right…
