Skipping attachments altogether

Instead of attaching our email list we're going to copy-and-paste the content right into the body of an email, eliminating the attachment altogether. This is great for several reasons. The first is that content in an email requires less space than when you send it as an attachment. The second is that the recipient can read it almost immediately. They don't need to open up Word or Excel to view the file. The third is that it doesn't even require that the user have Word or Excel installed on their computer. The fourth is that many mobile devices can't open attachments, but they can read emails.

The fifth is that it makes the contents more easily searched through. Ready to see how easy this is? Rather than attaching the file, we'll head back to Excel and select the content that we want to copy-and-paste. As a shortcut, I'll hit Ctrl+C to copy. When I return to my email, I'll place my cursor where I'd like the content to appear and hit Ctrl+V to paste. As you can s...
