Show time zones in an appointment: Outlook 2016: Time Management with Calendar and Tasks

With Outlook 2016 it's easy to schedule travel across time zones and appointments or meetings in other time zones. There are two places Outlook can display time zones: in the Appointment Form for starting and ending times, and in the Calendar timescale. When you do not specify a time zone, the time zone you selected in Windows is used; click the Show Time Zone button to choose a time zone. The Windows time zone is the default time zone displayed in the Calendar. To display a second time zone right click the time scale and choose Change Time Zone.
