Set task options: Outlook 2016: Time Management with Calendar and Tasks

In Outlook 2016 choose File > Options to open the Outlook Options dialog box. Click Tasks to view and set the Task options, which include: automatically set a reminder for a task with a Due date (off by default); set the default reminder time (default is 8:00 a.m.); modify the default values for the two settings related to task assignments (keep a copy and send a status report, both on by default); colors for overdue and completed tasks; task hours in your day and week (used with other applications like Microsoft Project).
