Set calendar options: Time Management with Outlook 2016 Calendar and Tasks

In Outlook 2016 choose File > Options to open the Outlook Options dialog box. Click Calendar to view and set Calendar options, which include: workday starting and ending times; days in your work week; starting day of the week; default reminder time for appointments; add holidays; default calendar color; display or hide week numbers in month view; show an additional time zone.
