- Whether you create a new document from scratch using the New Blank Document template or one of the fancier templates like we used in the previous movie to create our memo, you'll need to save your changes at some point. So as you can see here, I've started to fill in some of the blanks. Using this template, the Date field, when we click there, allows us to click a drop down and select from an actual calendar. I'm going to choose the 28th of September here. The subject, I'm going to type in Scheduled Maintenance. And if you were not following along with me in the previous movie, just go up to File, Select New, and type in Memo as the template you're looking for. Down below, you can see there's information on how to use this memo template. And in fact, you can make changes and save it as your own template. It tells you how to do that.
